Sustainable energy means energy sources that will allow the earth to sustain balance, healthy ecosystem and human life. Sustainable energy that can be produce without using resources that are not be able to renewed.
The source of sustainable energy are solar energy, wind energy, geothermal energy and nuclear energy. the energy source like solar energy present in abundance. It is the only natural resources which has no constraints in terms of availability, cost and ease use. Solar energy is an inexhaustible energy source which never seems to end. However, the wind pressure is limited to coastal regions so as the tidal power. Wind power is an environment friendly way of generating electricity. Sustainable energy source are also known as a green energy and alternative source of energy because of its environment attitude. Therefore all those energy sources which can be used again and again without the fear of being diminished are parts of sustainable energy. Nuclear energy is a really efficient source of sustainable energy.
The energy source like solar energy and wind power are present in abundance but it is important to conserve them in order to utilize them. Otherwise this abundant energy would go all in vein. It is also important here to note that the electricity generated by using wind power and solar power need to be conserved and preserved.

MY TEACHER, MY HERO
Sacrificing, one word to describe a teacher. Teacher to the second parents. The one who teaches us, with the right one and to correct our mistakes. A teacher, a hero?
Professions like, nurses, doctors, pilots, engineers, and many more. Without teachers, do we have this kind of professions? Teacher has the the biggest role to commit our dreams in life. They are one who gives us knowledge, to teach us, and to correct our mistakes. For me, a teacher is a hero. Why? Because for me, they are one of a kind. They are sacrificing, just to teach us. Even they are tired already, they are trying their best to teach their lessons. In school, they are our parents. Even sometimes, they are scolding us, I think this is the only way to correct our mistakes and they want us to be a good student nor person. I can say that, a teacher is a hero because they do not have the power, but they can do their task with tier own way.
My teacher, my hero. A teacher is always there to teach us, to guide us, and to correct our mistakes. They are my hero.

MY MODERN HERO
For you what is a hero? If you heard about hero, what comes into your mind? Who is your hero? Does your hero have a supernatural power?
Someone, if they heard about hero, they say that they have supernatural power. But for me, a hero is a model. the one that I am admiring for. She has no supernatural power, but she can do anything just to protect me, to care for me, and the only person who can give anything for my happiness. Of course ! My mother is my hero. she is the one who give me birth. She is working hard just to sent me in school, because she me to have a good life in future. Even though she was scolding me sometimes, that was her job to teach me, she want me to improve, and she want to correct my mistakes. I love my mom, even though sometimes was mad at me. Well, I understand her because maybe she has a problem. I am very happy that she`s my mother. I am very lucky to to have her.
She was my hero ever. She is the one that I am admiring for. I love her the way she is. The way she teach me. I love her with my soul.

‘’TATAG NG WIKANG FILIPINO, LAKAS NG PAGKAPILIPINO’’
Language is either the specifically human capacity for acquiring and using computer systems of communication, or a specific instance of such system of complex.
Filipino language was published by Manuel Luis Quezon on December 30, 1937.Here in Philippines, he is known us "Ama ng Wikang Pambansa" which is, he is the founder of our language. For us, having our own language important. Important because this is the only weapon to unite one another. By the use of our own language, we can express our feeling and we can also understand each other. We must love our own language, for the progress of our country, to have a good life. We must use it in a nice way, to respect us. We must also respect us own language, use it, don`t shy and be proud of what we have.
Respect it ! Use it ! To have a our country progress and we have our unity. We must love it and respect, to have a better life, and a better country.
Respect it ! Use it ! To have a our country progress and we have our unity. We must love it and respect, to have a better life, and a better country.

Reflection
During
our first grading class in ICT IV I learned a lot. I learned about the meaning of internet and the history of it. We also tackled about the people involved about internet. I also discovered how to make a blog account, the use and purpose of it. We also learned the definition and types of blog.
The problem and challenges I have encountered was, I don't know how to start posting on my blog. In that part , I am afraid to click anything because I don't know what will be happened.
I address this challenges by the help of our teacher and thought us how to post on our blog.
Moving on I will do everything to learn more in our class.

STATE OF THE NATION ADDRESS
The State of the Nation Address (SONA; Filipino: Talumpati
sa Kalagayan ng Bansa) is an annual address by the President of the Philippines
to the Congress of the Philippines. It is required by 1987 Constitution of the
Philippines and must be delivered every fourth Monday of July at the Batasang
Pambansa Complex in Batasan Hills, Quezon City.
It was a very comprehensive and it practically
tackled all aspects of governance. The SONA struck a perfect balance in telling
what has been done and what will be done. It is part report card and part
marching orders. The thing to do now, however, is not to hail the achievements
but to heed the challenges. What the President has told us is that while our
journey along the ‘tuwid na daan’ has been fruitful so far there are miles to
go before we can rest. He said the President could have failed to mention all
what they want to hear but “these people should remember that it would be
impossible to cram all the solutions to our myriad problems in one speech.”
Continue what you are doing right now. Be a good leader to our country and serve it. Hope you continue what you did. keep up the good work.
