                    In our everyday life, vegetable is very important to our daily life. Vegetable is edible product of herbacious plant  with soft stem, as distinguished from  edible nuts and fruits produced by plants with woody stem such as shurbs and trees. Vegetable are valuable sources of vitamins, fibers, low fats and calories.
                    Eating fruits and vegetable  are very important to our health and to our body. Vegetable is very nutritious food that our body need this so much. It can make our body healthy and well nourished because of the vitamins they had. Eating vegetable and fruits can make our body strong and this, we can do our task or work faster and easier. It helps us to prevent sickness and we are not  easily get infected to viruses and diseases, because of the vitamins they had given to us. It can also help us to make our body physically fit and and we need fruits and vegetable to our body like eating salads, fresh fruit and vegetable without any artificial products.We need this to remove dirt to our body. We should get  used in eating vegetable and fruits to get the proper vitamins to our body.
                       Nutrition is the process of absorbing of nutrients from food nutrients from food and processing then in the body in order to keep our body healthy , that's why  we need the proper nutrition to our body. We should used to fruits and vegetable to get the proper nourished we  want to be.
